Version 0.2.0 is published on PyPI and GitHub. Update the README and usage guide to use the verified PyPI installation, and reconcile the changelog, onboarding status and release guide with actual publication evidence. The guide distinguishes optional TestPyPI rehearsal, which was skipped for this release, from the completed production upload and fresh index-install checks.
Only five Markdown documents change. Package version0.2.0, reports8.1/evaluations2.1, runtime, dependencies, tests and snapshots are unchanged. The immutable release tag still points to source687da439; later documentation builds are not new published0.2.0 archives. Twelve completed WPs and deferred WP1/#30 and WP10/#37 remain explicit, with unchanged research limits.
Validation:127 implementation tests and95 independent reviewer tests passed, lint/format/types and a fresh local wheel/syntax smoke passed. Fresh independent review found no supported defects and made no edits. Current-head CI37888959628 atd0cceee completed successfully with all eleven jobs. The reviewer independently checked actual production archive hashes, PyPI/GitHub release metadata and the durable fresh index-install/setup/demo/score evidence.
