The goal of bsu.tools is to help UC Davis Biostatistics Support Unit conduct reproducible research. The bsu.tools package contains Rmd templates to standardize documentation and presentation of analyses, wrappers and helper functions for use during analyses, and Shiny apps for various purposes.
