Sequential to #748
Bring the community page in line with the landing-page refresh: shared page hero, get-started pills, card grids for initiatives and contributing, governance links, and an adopters strip.
Keep a dedicated community layout and styles so the rest of the site stays untouched while this page reuses the same hero pattern.
