PyPI, Open VSX and the VS Code Marketplace at 0.10.0, each checked against its API on 2026-10-18; JetBrains has 0.10.0 uploaded and in moderation, with 0.9.0 the last approved. The PyPI line records the pre-tag checks this release ran.

Records each registry's verified version after the v0.10.0 tag, per
RELEASING.mdstep 5. All four controlled registries are at 0.10.0, each checked against its API on 2026-10-18: PyPI, Open VSX, the VS Code Marketplace, and JetBrains (approved the same day). The PyPI line also records the pre-tag checks this release ran: the wheel from the release branch in a fresh venv, and every e2e program under Python 3.12.
