* Apply biome 2.6 formatting to YAML and Markdown The biome bump to 2.6.3 in #1195 broke pre-commit on main because biome 2.6 also formats YAML and Markdown. This applies its output: the remaining 2-space YAML files move to the repository's 4-space editorconfig indentation, and the docs get biome's Markdown style (- bullets, _emphasis_, aligned tables). All reformatted YAML files parse to identical data. docs/tutorials.md is excluded because biome's Markdown formatter turns its YAML front matter into a heading, which would drop Sphinx's orphan flag. The schema URL now matches the CLI version. * Resync PR head after GitHub outage
