Remove Code Climate badge, document stream_file example - #93

Code Climate is no longer set up for this repository, so drop the badge from the README. Also add a README section for the stream_file example (previously missing from the docs). Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Replace the copy-pasted, stale headers in the stream_file curl example with the real headers the endpoint returns (Transfer-Encoding: chunked, Cache-Control: no-cache, no Content-Length), confirming the response is actually streamed. Add a second example that downloads the response to a file and diffs it against the original upload to prove the round-trip is byte-identical.
