Minor changes for posthog analytics to make sure we get them right:

1. Use api_key instead of token as suggested by official docs (initially used the wrong one, they have outdated first example which i looked at initially)
2. Set distinct_id to projectId just for cleaner data
3. Increase timeout from 2000 -> 5000 just in case
   Some CI/CD and chores which don't impact the action in any way (we already use built index.js on master):
4. Remove node_modules to reduce the diff
5. Point to index.js instead of main.js in package.json (not affecting anything)
6. Remove older build files, everything is in index.js now
7. Remove unneeded cache step (the install step is already cached by default)
