docs(backstage-plugins): add a guide for building a custom portal - #964
Added a guide to creating, customizing, deploying, and upgrading a custom OpenChoreo Backstage portal.
Linked the guide from the Backstage plugins overview and added it to the documentation sidebar.
Clarified package release availability and that the Portal Assistant is not included.
The PR adds a guide to creating and operating a custom OpenChoreo Backstage portal. It links the guide from the Backstage Plugins overview and sidebar.
Documents portal generation, configuration, plugin installation and customization, local development, image deployment, and release upgrades. It also notes when custom-portal packages begin and that the Portal Assistant is not included.
The guide has localized deployment and upgrade problems: its template remote is unavailable, its starting release is hard-coded, and its Helm example needs a shell-safe version. Correct these instructions for a reliable setup experience; existing portal installations are unaffected.

⚠️Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
The guide puts credentials for an authenticated registry mirror only in the user's ~/.yarnrc.yml, but its later docker build command does not pass that file or a build secret into the image build.
If the Dockerfile installs portal dependencies inside the build, image creation fails with registry authentication errors even though local yarn install succeeds.
This can occur when: A reader uses an authenticated mirror and builds the documented image from the generated Dockerfile.

The image replaces the stock `openchoreo-ui` image, and reads the same configuration from the chart. Point the control-plane chart at it:
```bash
+RELEASE=1.4.0
helm upgrade openchoreo-control-plane \
oci://ghcr.io/openchoreo/helm-charts/openchoreo-control-plane \
- --version <release> \+ --version "$RELEASE" \
--namespace openchoreo-control-plane \
--reuse-values \
--set backstage.image.repository=registry.example.com/acme/portal \
Each release's template is published as a tag of [`openchoreo/portal-template`](https://github.com/openchoreo/portal-template), so git can merge those changes into your customizations.
Once, right after creating the portal, record the release you started from as the merge base. This merge changes no files:
Fix the portal-template remote before documenting the upgrade workflow.
The documented command cannot fetch https://github.com/openchoreo/portal-template.git; Git reports Repository not found. Users therefore cannot fetch v1.4.0 or v1.5.0, so the merge steps cannot proceed. The tag-content mismatch is not established.
Replace the hard-coded v1.4.0 merge base with the release from .openchoreo-portal.json.
The merge-base command and its commit message name v1.4.0. A portal generated by @openchoreo/create-portal@1.5.0 or later starts from a different template. Recording v1.4.0 as the base makes a later git merge replay release changes that the portal already contains. Lines the reader customized and the release also changed then conflict, even though the release is already present.
Replace <release> with the release in .openchoreo-portal.json. The example in the guide uses the v tag form (v1.5.0).
