build: ビルドに使うNode.jsを24から26に上げる - #68

手元のビルドはすでにNode 26で行っていて、本番に置くファイルもNode 26で作っています。 PagesとdeployとbenchmarkのビルドとvoltaでのNode.jsの固定を、それに揃えます。 Node 26は2026-10-28にLTSになり、サポートは2029-04-30までです。 テストは引き続き22、24、26で動かし、enginesの>=22も変えません。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

ビルドに使うNode.jsを24から26に上げます。
pages.yml、deploy.yml、benchmark.ymlpackage.jsonのvolta手元のビルドはすでにNode 26で行っていて、本番に置くファイルもNode 26で作っています。
CIのビルドもそれに揃えます。
Node 26は2026-10-28にLTSになり、サポートは2029-04-30までです。
テストは引き続き22、24、26で動かし、
enginesの>=22も変えません。Node 26で単体テストが動かなかった問題は、#67で
yargsを17.7.3に上げて直してあります。確認
