System tray context menu account flyout is not anchored to bottom of screen space #10903

Bug description

The system tray icon context menu the account flyout is not anchored to the bottom of the screen space.
When you open the system tray icon context menu before the activities list is loaded fully the flyout menu expands below the visible screen space in a 1 monitor setup. With multiple monitors, the flyout may extend to a lower screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Right click the system tray icon shorly after start.
2. Navigate to activities via account flyout
3. Wait until activities are fully loaded and see how 'more activity' is pushed down out of the screen space of a single monitor, then out of reach, unless a screen is positioned below.

Expected behavior

If possible, the flyout should be anchored to the bottom of the screen so it always extends into the visible screen space.
