⌨️ What I did
v2 operation timeout에서 Transcoder 디코딩 시간을 제외할 수 있도록, 서버 응답 수신가 결과 디코딩을 분리합니다.
기존 컬렉션 조회는 응답 수신 중 IO 스레드에서 디코딩을 수행하므로, 디코딩 지연이 응답 완료를 늦추고 다른 요청의 IO 처리에도 영향을 줄 수 있었습니다.
COMPLETION_EXECUTOR이 디코딩 담당ArcusFutureImpl에 제네릭 생성자를 적용하여 원본 결과와 decoder 입력 타입을 검사하고 호출부 캐스트 제거
