Adds ROLE_IDS.MEMBERS for kziemski, tobi-oye and aditya-scio. All three already have users.ts entries, so no new org invites are sent. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Deploys are currently failing because the org now blocks classic personal access tokens (
getOrganizationRolesreturns 403). Until thegithub:tokenPulumi secret is replaced, themembersteam from #235 isn't created yet, so this change will apply on the first successful deploy after that.Testing
