Redesigns trypowermove.com (apps/www only).

  • Stage: a gradient built only from two tokens, #0C0A09 and --accent #F0580A, mixed in oklab. It warms from near-black into our orange behind the editor and out to paper.
  • Headline: the app's own "Shape your…" composition, played by @powermove/player and cropped to the band its type occupies. A hairline scrubber sits under it: drag it or use the arrow keys, and click the headline to pause.
  • Editor window: editor-window.png, cropped from the existing capture to the window's own bounds, sits on the stage. The actions are Download for Mac and Star on GitHub.
  • Header: the mark alone, with quiet Editor and Features links and brighter GitHub and Download.
  • Rows: each product graphic sits on paper with its copy beside it, followed by the kernel stack.
  • Footer: the hero in reverse, sinking from paper into near-black. Header-scale type, link columns, and a colophon. Shared with Privacy and Terms.
  • Dev only: a rate-limited GitHub release lookup no longer 500s the dev server. Production builds still fail if the release can't be resolved.
  • Removed: HeroAnimation.svelte and LogoCloud.svelte, which are no longer used.

Verified with svelte-check (0 errors) and headless Chromium screenshots at 1440 and 390 widths.

The headline is the real Powermove scene on a crop-marked artboard, with
its clips laid out on an editor-style timeline. Drag the playhead or use
the arrow keys to scrub; space toggles playback. Copy and actions move
under it in a left-aligned split, and the agent marks fold into one line.
…ooter

Left-aligned chapters on a 1120px wrap: features put copy beside each app
preview, and the layer stack sits beside the kernel copy. The header spans
the same wrap. The footer is now a shared component, also on Privacy and
Terms: the closing call to action, a three-column index with real hit
targets, and a colophon with version and license. A ruler across its top
answers the hero timeline; a scroll-driven playhead parks on the last frame
at the bottom of the page.
The artboard frame, crop marks, labels, tracks, and transport are gone.
The live composition is the headline, cropped to the band its type ever
occupies so the column sets its size on every screen. One hairline under
the words is the whole timeline: cut ticks, an orange playhead, and a
timecode that shows only while hovered, held, focused, or paused. Click
the headline to pause. Copy and actions return to one centred column.
The hero is a full-bleed ember-to-orange gradient, eased in oklab, that
fades to warm paper behind the first card. Four lines type in on a 960px
measure: three claims set back, then "Shape your video editor" bright.
Motion prompts type themselves in the margins on wide screens. The launch
film rises out of the gradient in a white card with sound and pause
controls, followed by the editor on its wallpaper, the three feature
previews, and the kernel stack, each in its own card. The header sits on
the gradient with a masked mark, and the site moves to the light theme.
…elease lookup

Production builds still fail when the release can't be resolved.
Keeps the header and the gradient-to-paper direction, and replaces the
parts that echoed another site. The stage is Powermove's near-black with
the brand orange rising as a glow behind the film, settling back to dark
before a clean break to paper. The headline is the app's own composition
on a hairline scrubber, not typed lines. The margin prompts are gone. The
film sits in an editor window with a title bar and a timeline-style
transport, and the product graphics return to copy-beside-graphic rows.
The launch film gives way to the editor itself, cropped from the existing
capture to its own window bounds so it sits on the stage like a real
window, with a shadow shaped to its corners. The stage now warms from
Powermove's near-black through ember into the brand orange behind the
window and out to paper. The secondary hero action becomes Star on
GitHub, and the header's Film link becomes Editor.
Every stop is now #0C0A09 or --accent #F0580A mixed in oklab, so the ramp
holds our orange's hue (16-20 degrees) from top to bottom instead of
passing through hand-picked maroon reds.
Drops the Your move display headline and the ruler. The footer now sinks
from paper through --accent into #0C0A09, built from the same two tokens
as the hero, so the page ends on the stage it opened on. Everything is set
at the header's scale: the mark, one line on price and platform, the two
hero pills, three link columns with 28px rows, and a colophon with year,
version, and license above a single hairline.
