[Feature]: After running clarify, the requirements.md needs to be updated automatically

Problem Statement

After creating the v0 draft of the feature, I run the /speckit-clarify even though there where no [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] markers. During the clarification session, the spec.md was changed. When all 5 questions were answered, I realised that the checklist was not updated with the new details, which is crucial.

Proposed Solution

After ending the clarify session, run update on requirements.md automatically to align all the crucial files
