Make it configurable. Allow users to define what the following keybindings do:
what the return shift+return or command+return or ctrl+return do
As there are other situations where there is a similar newline vs submit paradigm (JIRA, confluence, slack, etc.), it's important to have the opportunity to train muscle memory to one and not have to rethink every time on what is submit in this context.
