Description
masteris at1.14-SNAPSHOT, but the standard project template still depends onmapstore-services1.13-SNAPSHOT. A project created frommastergets Spring 7.0.8 frommapstore-servicesand 7.0.9 from the GeoStore war, and Tomcat refuses the war:This aligns the template to
1.14-SNAPSHOT. Master only, do not backport: stable branches keep their own version. The release workflows that should keep this aligned are fixed in #13040.What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Tested by creating a project from
master, building it and starting the backend: with1.14-SNAPSHOTthe war deploys and login works.
