Distance + steps personality up. Distance - steps it down.
Lane visible from laneLineProbs. Close lead sets both depart bits using the stock chevron fill threshold.
Model visibility and close-follow orange must not change Toyota or other cars that consume leftLaneVisible/Depart.
Replace brand==byd with hudLaneFromModel.
Stock 2-bar ACC paints the warn level at ~75% and too-close at ~60% of its follow distance; move our cuts from 90%/50% to those.
Adds BYD Atto 3 2022-25 from the pinned opendbc CarDocs.

Submodule bump for the Atto 3 work above. Also latches the LKS button in a param for the BYD safety flag, and a couple of small controlsd helpers (gated on CarParams flags) for cluster lane greying and lead-trail shading. Happy to drop the controlsd bits if not wanted.
Submission for the BYD port bounty, commaai/opendbc#2017.
