1. PR Cleanup (Composite Action)
Cleans up Helm releases, labeled resources, and PVCs in a target OpenShift namespace on pull request close or merge.

GitHub Action that applies an OpenShift Route with a custom TLS certificate (openssl checks and archival backups).
