Summary
Make custom enrichment releases self-contained:
chore(release): publishcommit, package tag, and GitHub Release, with retry and conflict protection.release-custom-enrichment.jsmanages release metadata and Git/GitHub operations. Its tests cover normal releases, retries, concurrent changes, and tag conflicts using temporary Git repositories and mocked npm/GitHub calls.Related to SDK-396, follow-up to #2072.
Validation
20 publishing tests, actionlint, formatting, and dependency checks pass. Full SDK build/tests/lint and docs checks passed earlier in this PR. Example tests remain blocked by the base repository's missing
jest.setup.examples.js. No real publication was performed.Checklist
