Add a custom-domain route to the existing wrangler.jsonc so Cloudflare provisions the apex DNS record and TLS certificate automatically. Static-assets config is unchanged; no main/OpenNext/Pages/.next.

Cloudflare creates the apex DNS record + cert automatically on the production deploy. If it reports a conflicting DNS record, stop and report the exact conflict (no auto-delete/overwrite).
