Summary

This PR converts alepes-com/website from a product/platform repository into the public Alepes product-preview website served from alepes.com.

The product was already migrated to alepes-com/alepes (history preserved, v0.1.0 intact).

What changed

  • Removed product platform code: packages/ (domain, money, rules/allocation/execution engines, persistence, Temporal, DuckDB, provider SDKs/integrations, conformance, reconciliation), product architectural lint rules, and product certification CI workflows.
  • Rewrote package.json around the static site (dropped plaid, pg, @temporalio/*, @duckdb/node-api, fast-check, etc.) and regenerated bun.lock.
  • Static export via output: "export" — build emits out/index.html.
  • Rebuilt the landing page to the preview structure: hero (Your money, moving together.), cash-flow/flow, rules, formation, shadow mode, explainability, product preview (mock screens), safety boundary, final CTA (Build your formation.).
  • No auth, pricing, fake waitlist, provider SDK, backend, or server runtime.
  • Metadata: canonical (https://alepes.com), OG + Twitter cards, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, manifest.webmanifest, favicon/apple-touch icon.
  • Small website test suite (format helpers, 8 tests).
  • Generic website-ci workflow (frozen-lockfile → tsc → oxlint → test → build → diff-check).

Validation

bun install --frozen-lockfile clean · bunx tsc --noEmit clean · bunx oxlint 0 errors · bun run test 8/8 · bun run build green (out/index.html present) · git diff --check clean.

Target

Cloudflare Pages static deploy (production branch main, build bun run build, output out).

Note

AGENTS.md (website) rewrite is pending: the in-repo protected-file guard blocked the write during this pass despite explicit user authorization — flagged for a follow-up with an interactive approval.

Repository migration step: the product/platform code was migrated to
alepes-com/alepes (history preserved, v0.1.0 intact). This repo now becomes the
public product-preview website served from alepes.com.

- Remove product platform code: packages/ (domain, money, rules/allocation/execution
engines, persistence, temporal, analytics, integrations, provider SDKs, conformance,
reconciliation), product architectural lint rules, and product CI workflows.
- Rewrite package.json around the static site (drop plaid/pg/temporal/duckdb/fast-check
  and provider/runtime deps); regenerate bun.lock.
- Static Next.js export (output: 'export'); build emits out/index.html.
- Rewrite landing page to the specified preview structure (hero, flow, rules,
formation, shadow mode, explainability, product preview, safety boundary, final CTA).
No auth, no pricing, no fake waitlist. 'when a qualifying deposit is detected' wording.
- Static metadata: canonical, OG + Twitter cards, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, manifest,
  favicon/apple-touch icon, placeholder OG image.
- Small useful website test suite (format helpers, 8 tests).
- Generic website-ci workflow (frozen-lockfile + tsc + oxlint + test + build + diff-check).

Validation: bun install --frozen-lockfile, tsc clean, oxlint 0 errors, 8/8 tests,
bun run build (out/index.html), git diff --check clean.

Note: AGENTS.md rewrite was NOT included — the write was blocked by the protected-file
guard (approval timed out), despite explicit user authorization. Documented as a blocker.

No money movement, no provider SDK, no backend.
This repo now owns only the public alepes.com preview site; the product/platform
lives in alepes-com/alepes. Removes the stale product operating contract.
