The 15-minute energy frame from Elektro Ljubljana (struct 0x0C, ISK... device name) carries 96.3.10 disconnect control as Enum (0x16). Since 067aa0c the branch only accepted Boolean, so these frames gave no values at all. Fixtures gh615-2, gh615-4 and gh956-2 now decode 1.8.0/2.8.0/3.8.0/4.8.0. The energy frame leads with 96.1.3 while the 1 s frame leads with 96.1.2, and the two differ on these meters (16820006 vs 16820005). The energy frame now sets meterId only when none is known, so the id no longer flips. The 12-item Iskra AM550 energy frame from Elektro Ljubljana (struct 0x0C,
