S8 shipped in #397. The roadmap lists only remaining work, so its section is removed, along with its entry in the delivery table.

  • S9: depends on the supervisor's protocol (upgrade-supervisor.md), not on a step.
  • S11: names the upgrade supervisor among the credential consumers.
  • S12: still qualifies the supervisor before the first stable release, now as shipped work rather than S8.

Documentation only.

S8 shipped, and the roadmap lists only remaining work: a step's
requirements leave it once the step lands. The supervisor is documented
in install.md, architecture.md and upgrade-supervisor.md. S9, S11 and
S12 now name the shipped supervisor rather than a step, and S12 still
qualifies it before the first stable release.

Walkthrough

The roadmap removes standalone S8 supervisor delivery requirements and assigns S9’s Ghost core adapter/API work after the existing upgrade supervisor. It updates the dependencies for Admin-driven upgrades and S11. S12 qualification now includes the supervisor, S9–S10, and S11.
