🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Stop only this installation’s Dopamine process.
If Dopamine 2.x is running, Get-Process -Name 'Dopamine' also selects its Dopamine.exe. Uninstalling Dopamine 3.x can therefore close the separate 2.x application. Filter the process by its executable path under $dir before calling Stop-Process. (github.com)
As per path instructions, Scoop manifests must follow the official app manifest guide when resolving manifest issues.

Description
Add a new manifest for Dopamine 3.x, a cross-platform audio player which tries
to make organizing and listening to music as simple and pretty as possible.
This is a new manifest (
dopamine3.json) rather than an update to the existingdopamine.jsonbecause Dopamine 3.x differs fundamentally from the 2.x series:digimezzo/dopamine-windowsdigimezzo/dopamine.zip.exeinstaller%APPDATA%\Dopamineand%LOCALAPPDATA%\dopamine-updaterKeeping
dopamine.jsonunchanged ensures existing 2.x users are not affected.Key configuration
installer: NSIS silent install with/Sand/D=$dirto install intothe Scoop-managed app directory.
uninstaller: RunsUninstall Dopamine.exe /Sto clean up registry entriesleft by the NSIS installer.
pre_uninstall: Kills any leftover Dopamine processes, then removes desktopand Start Menu shortcuts created by the NSIS installer that the silent uninstaller
does not remove.
persist: Dopamine 3.x writes user data to%APPDATA%\Dopamine(settings,database, logs, themes) and
%LOCALAPPDATA%\dopamine-updater(update cache). These are managed natively by the application. Scoop updates replace only the
install directory, so user data survives updates. Scoop uninstall leaves AppData
intact, which is standard behavior for installed applications and allows settings
to be restored on reinstall.
