Aligns this component's ICICLE catalog entry and README title/license line with the "Patra AI Cards" framework name, per Beth's rename direction relayed by Amit for this week's ICICLE release. Also updates the hasDependentComponents reference to patra-knowledge-base's renamed catalog id.
