   @mohawk2 @zmughal Is this issue closed by t/stats_distr.t in PDL::GSL?

   pmf_poisson, pmf_poisson_stirling and pmf_poisson_factorial are in PDL::Stats::Distr which is now distributed by PDL::GSL
