BIM, data & AI for construction. Operating since 2018 · 500+ professionals trained across 7 countries in LATAM and USA.
We're an AEC team building the arsenal we use on our own jobsites: proprietary apps, Power BI dashboards wired straight into the model, AI-driven automation and applied training. No theory — everything comes out of real construction projects in Latin America.
It all lives in Horizun Hub: one plan, everything included.
Pablo Alejandro Zúñiga Guevara is founder and CEO of Horizun Group, a civil engineer, BIM Management specialist, and holds a master's degree in BIM for Civil Engineering and Infrastructure.
He has over 10 years leading BIM, VDC, AI, PMO and digital transformation implementations across Latin America and United States. He teaches and develops BIM programs at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, is an Autodesk Certified Instructor (Silver), Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst, and a buildingSMART professional.
His work bridges engineering, real-world construction and software development: Revit automation, model auditing, Power BI, 4D/5D planning, interoperability and applied AI for AEC projects.
| Module | What it is |
|---|---|
| 🛠️ Apps | PowerBIM Exporter (Revit and Civil 3D), PowerBIM Online, BuildMotion, CopyToExcel and Family Browser |
| 🎓 Academy | PowerBIM + AI course, recordings and guided learning paths |
| 📊 Power BI | .pbit templates, dashboards and a custom 3D model visual embedded inside Power BI |
| 📐 Resources | Quantification (Revit + Navisworks), 4D/5D examples, families and templates |
| 🤖 AI & Automation | AI-driven workflows applied to modeling, auditing and jobsite data |
| 🧑🏫 Expert sessions | Real, hands-on project support — not a forum, not a chatbot |
AI assistants such as Claude, Codex and ChatGPT working directly inside the software AEC teams already use, through the Model Context Protocol. Each MCP is its own product, with its own server, installer and releases, and they are built on the same principles:
- Write, not just read. Typed tools that change the model, the drawing or the schedule, not only query it.
- Rehearse, confirm, verify. Changes are planned first, applied on explicit confirmation and read back afterwards.
- Local first. They run on your machine, against your own models, drawings and files.
| Project | Software | What it does | Release |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🏗️ Horizun Revit MCP | Autodesk Revit 2023–2027 | Typed BIM automation, families and model verification. Windows installer with the runtime included. | |
| 🛣️ Horizun Civil 3D MCP | Autodesk Civil 3D | Surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks and points, with dry-run, confirmed and re-verified writes. | |
| 🧩 NavisCoord MCP | Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2024–2026 | Clash detection, root-cause analysis, coordination plans and verified model workflows. | |
| 📅 Horizun MS Project MCP | Microsoft Project files | Critical-path engine, DCMA 14-point assessment, verified writes and a BIM 4D bridge. No Project install required. | |
| 📊 Horizun PBI MCP | Power BI Desktop | Build, audit and repair Desktop models and PBIP reports with DAX, TOM, TMDL and PBIR. |
Together they cover the project lifecycle: design and infrastructure (Revit, Civil 3D), coordination (Navisworks), planning (Project) and reporting (Power BI).

We don't build technology like a demo. We build the tools BIM teams need to deliver real projects.
