…he issue-406 runs The sourcing pass fetched all 22 feeds and the owner's links were resolved from their LinkedIn posts to the artifacts they point at, then added to the pool. Clear rejects (Ptacek, Fermat, Databricks/Row Zero) are marked so they stop resurfacing; Part 2, the Zalando AIB post, FRI, RRSI and Snorkel stay in the pool for the next two issues. The events scout rechecked 17 ledger records and added 5, and PyTorch Conference Europe joins the feature watchlist.

…new cover Part 1 merged in #160 with a placeholder 2026-12-31 date, so it has been live only as an unlisted noindex preview. Date it 2026-09-27 so it publishes alongside newsletter issue 406, rename the folder prefix to match, and swap in the owner's new featured image (scaled to 1280x720 like the other covers). The URL is unchanged. Part 2 stays a preview until next week.

Events block drops the passed HumanX 2026 and adds the five new 2027 flagships.

ai-agents,ml-security,llms.The China section comes from the owner's own analysis of the framework, not from the sourcing notes. Every quote in it was checked against the English text of the PDF: the shutdown-script panel, the autonomous-attack line and the GEO poisoning line. The Jev section was grounded only on a transcript of the talk. The "200x faster" figure the LinkedIn promoter attached to it doesn't appear in the talk, so it's left out.

This adds five 2027 flagships whose next editions the scout confirmed on the organiser sites: HumanX EMEA, QCon London, The AI Summit London, WAICF and RAISE Summit. Each has its banner, and none has a dated CFP yet. The issue's events block drops HumanX 2026, which has passed, and picks up the five new events. PyTorch Conference Europe joins the scout's feature watchlist.
Worth repeating: the KubeCon EU 2027 CFP closes on 2026-10-11.
npm run check, lint, check:ratchet, check:voiceand a full build all pass locally. In the build, Part 1 renders withoutnoindex.
