Add a dedicated 2026 table with one row per block, listing slide blocks and exercise blocks separately so theory and hands-on time can be budgeted independently. Each exercise now has its own row, with the allotted budget alongside the working time printed in the exercise file. Presenters are left empty pending the assignment discussion. Restore the full '23-'25 record in a separate historical table. The previous single table had squashed those timings into a combined column against the new row structure, which misaligned several entries. Move the 2026 change log from the introductory notes into a subsection.
Adjust the timings on the schedule slide to the 2026 table: earlier coffee break, longer cherry-pick/rebase block, and a separate wrap-up entry.
Remove informal wording and redundant points from the speaker notes of slides 33 onward and fix the wording of the code review note.
