fix: include Discord reply text in model requests

Discord replies omitted the referenced message body from model input, so the bot could not read quoted text.

Modifications / 改动点

• Add quoted text and sender information to Reply, using resolved messages, cache, or API lookup.

• Preserve the current question if lookup fails; keep cancellation propagation.

• Add focused regression coverage.

• This is NOT a breaking change. / 这不是一个破坏性变更。

• Discord adapter, command sync, and quoted-message parser tests: 49 passed.
• ruff format . and ruff check .: passed.
• Verification: reply to a message containing TEST_CODE 1008, mention the bot, and ask for the quoted code. Expected: the model receives and can return the code.
