- pal: clear stale PCIe RAS status before error injection
- pcie : removed usage of pa2iova API in e017.c
Clear the root-port ERR<n>STATUS register before enabling RAS error reporting so each PCIe error is recorded in a fresh error record. Read the status register back to ensure the clear completes before the next error is triggered. When disabling exerciser poison mode, clear only the set_poison_mode bit (bit 18) and preserve the remaining DVSEC control fields.
