Write a blog post about improving the hub start experience with a Kubespawner hook

What happened?

• We wrote a sweet new hook in Kubespawner: [veda hubs] Deploy and test new Kubespawner version infrastructure#8745
• And we supported a new release: [Prepare for a new release] Update changelog jupyterhub/kubespawner#927

Why should we be excited about it?

• It's a relatively small change with a huge user experience benefit - now users see startup messages in readable English
• Which is also likely to reduce user panic and restarts
• This is part of our continuous improvement of jupyterhub-fancy-profiles, which we regularly work on with Development Seed as part of our partnership with NASA VEDA
