Add IBM Bob as a provider

Hey — wanted to throw out the idea of supporting IBM Bob as a provider.

I'm in an enterprise context and Bob is the AI assistant we're actually allowed to use (it runs on watsonx, so there's a clear compliance story). Right now T3 Code just doesn't work for folks in that situation.

It's a real use case — not everyone can use OpenAI/Anthropic in their org. Would love to see it show up in the provider list alongside the others.

Anyone else running into this?

bob shell has ACP support now. I have started working on a fork with Opus 5.5 to add "bob over acp" into T3 code. If the T3 team would be interested in adding that support to the main code base I would be happy to open a PR for it.

Even I've worked on the same. I've been working with bob on t3code for some time now. It works okish.
