Support for Azure OpenAI in Microsoft Foundry Models v1 REST API

Is there a way to leverage the relatively new v1 specification for "Azure OpenAI in Microsoft Foundry Models":

There are a few features that it supports we could leverage like evaluations, vector stores etc.
