<p data-scroll-read>Senior Backend Engineer with 4 years of designing, scaling and tuning microservices in Java, Spring Boot and Apache Kafka. Right now I own the Attendance, Leave and Performance modules at Peoplehum, serving 700+ enterprise clients and 500K+ users.</p>
<p data-scroll-read>I like event-driven architecture, distributed locking, big migrations and making databases fast across PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch. Lately I've been building custom MCP servers so AI agents can safely query production data and dig through logs.</p>

<li>Discovery from Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards plus job-alert emails, filtered by title, market, experience and salary.</li>
<li>Two-stage Claude scoring (a cheap Haiku pre-score, then Sonnet with reasons and gaps) under a daily LLM budget.</li>
<li>Form filling that answers only from my profile and resume; anything it can't answer truthfully waits for me.</li>
<li>An ATS scorer (Claude or a free local parser) and a LaTeX resume builder with live PDF preview.</li>

<p data-at=".2">No sandbox, no toy projects. In my first months I built three core services, <b>pharmacy, notifications and patient intake</b>: 15+ endpoints that doctors and patients actually hit.</p>
<p data-at=".44">My first real win was a slow MongoDB query. One index later, reads were <b>25% faster</b>, and I was hooked on making things fast.</p>

<p data-at=".18">They kept me on full time. Now <b>10,000+ healthcare transactions a day</b> ran through code I wrote, and 99.9% uptime wasn't a goal. It was the job.</p>
<p data-at=".4">I read query plans until PostgreSQL gave in (<b>60% faster</b>), hardened 9 services for HIPAA and SOC2 with Vault and Consul, and automated a CSV import that gave the team back <b>15 hours a week</b>.</p>
<p data-at=".64" class="turn">Startup life taught me ownership. But I'd only ever seen one way of building software.</p>

<p data-at=".18">I wanted to see how a global company runs software: the process, the scale, the discipline. Thermo Fisher showed me all of it.</p>
<p data-at=".34">I built a Kafka service that kept distributed databases in sync, tuned PostgreSQL behind Redis, ran stateful Redis on Kubernetes and wired up Prometheus, Grafana and ELK. Things got measurably calmer.</p>
<p data-at=".72" class="turn">I learned how to do things properly. I also learned how long "properly" can take.</p>
